Akashvani News Mumbai

The regional newsroom publishes Marathi bulletins; relevance and editorial interest remain its own decision. A report on a past event does not confirm a new invitation.

A Mumbai access check

Build realistic travel and arrival windows; a nominal 30-minute briefing can become a much longer commitment for a reporter moving across Mumbai. BKC and nearby business districts can help corporate guests; Juhu may fit a west-side media plan. Crossing the city at the wrong hour is a production risk. Ask the organiser whether the event is open to all media or requires a specific invitation or credential before travelling.

Before sharing a date

  1. Find the organiser’s original notice. A forwarded poster or third-party calendar may omit an update.
  2. Confirm the details directly. Ask for date, time zone, exact venue or access link, speaker, topic and press contact.
  3. Check access rules. Verify registration, accreditation, camera policy and whether it is open to the press.
  4. Look for changes on the day. Reconfirm before travelling; cancellations and room changes happen.

Planning your own announcement? The Mumbai enquiry form starts a service conversation; submitting it does not publish an event listing.
