Every price on this page is produced by the same server-side rules engine used when you submit a briefing. Choose your package, city, currency and service speed to see the range. It is an estimate for planning, not a quotation, and it is not a booking.
How this figure is calculated
The estimate is a published table, not a quotation and not an appraisal of your event. A base price is looked up for your package and currency. A multiplier is applied if the city carries higher venue, staffing and security costs. A further multiplier is applied for priority or emergency service speed. Nothing else affects it, and the same inputs always produce the same figure.
The calculation is performed on our server. The figure shown here is what would be recorded against your enquiry, so it cannot differ between this page and your briefing. It excludes taxes, travel, venue hire, catering, equipment hire and any on-site production beyond the stated package. Those are scoped separately once we understand the event.

Service speed
Standard execution responds within 24 hours. Priority execution responds within 4 hours. The emergency service level targets a response within 15 minutes for briefings that cannot wait. These are response windows for acknowledgement and first substantive response, not guaranteed event dates, and they are not availability commitments.
What this is not
- Not a quotation. Scope, price and timing are agreed in writing before anything is confirmed.
- Not a booking. No date, venue or journalist availability is held by using this page.
- Not a coverage guarantee. Journalists and publishers decide independently whether and how to cover a story.
- Not tax-inclusive. GST and any other applicable taxes are added where relevant.
