A press conference is a controlled, time-bound exchange with a small, high-stakes audience. We plan and run that sequence end to end, and we agree the scope in writing before anything is booked.
Planning and scoping
Every engagement begins with what you are announcing, who must be in the room, and what a good outcome looks like. We then scope venue and production requirements, the run-of-show, speaker handling and media logistics, and record it in a written proposal with a named delivery lead.
Where an announcement is not yet public, the planning stage includes agreeing who may be briefed, under what embargo, and how information is handled before the day.
Delivery on the day
Our team works the event: venue and technical setup, registration and accreditation, speaker briefing and cueing, moderation of the question session, media liaison on the floor, and the timed release of approved materials.
Response windows are published: standard acknowledgement within 24 hours, priority within 4 hours, and an emergency service level targeting 15 minutes for briefings that cannot wait. These are acknowledgement windows, not guaranteed event dates.
After the event
You receive the materials that were distributed, the attendance record for your event, and the briefing reference under which everything was recorded. Coverage measurement and automated distribution are described as planned on our Trust Center and are not part of today's scope.
Frequently asked questions
What is included in a press conference management engagement?
Planning and scoping, venue and production coordination, speaker and media handling, moderation of the question session, distribution of approved press materials, and a post-event record. Travel, venue hire, taxes and any production equipment beyond the agreed package are scoped separately.
How far in advance do you need to be engaged?
Standard engagements respond within 24 hours of your briefing. Priority responds within 4 hours and the emergency service level targets 15 minutes for an acknowledgement. Early engagement gives more room for venue and speaker coordination, but it is not a requirement for any particular response window.
Do you operate outside India and the United States?
Our headquarters are in New Delhi and Washington, D.C., with coordination hubs in New York and London. Delivery is described in writing for each location.
Can you guarantee media attendance or coverage?
No. Journalists and publishers decide independently whether and how to cover a story. We can plan the outreach, prepare the materials and manage the invitation process within an agreed scope, but attendance, publication and tone are never guaranteed.
Ask for a proposal
Every service above is scoped in writing before it is booked. Tell us the announcement, the date and the city through the strategic briefing form, or call or message us on WhatsApp at +91 92052 66704. You will get an indicative range from our published pricing engine straight away, and a written proposal after a conversation. Neither is a booking, and neither promises media coverage.
