Your information

Privacy Policy

This policy covers the current Press Conference website, including its strategic briefing form. The site is operated for PRS International Group of Companies. Here is what happens to information you share with us.

What a briefing collects

The briefing form asks for your name, email address, organisation and event type, city, preferred service speed and tier, currency, and a written brief. A telephone number is optional. Please include only information you are authorised to share, especially when describing a client or an announcement that has not been made public.

When the form is submitted, we also record its submission time, a reference number, the estimated quote shown for your selections, your IP address and your browser’s user agent. The website processes connection details needed to deliver pages and protect the service from abuse.

How we use it

We use a briefing to understand your requirements, respond to your enquiry, prepare a proposal where appropriate and manage follow-up. A saved briefing can be viewed and its status updated by authorised staff. Sending a briefing starts a discussion; it does not itself book an event.

We may also review enquiry feedback to understand customer needs and improve the service.

Who processes the information

Briefings are stored in the site’s database. The configured business notification inboxes receive copies through our mail provider so the team can respond. Our hosting, database and mail providers process the information needed to operate these services. We do not disclose your personal information to third parties for their own marketing without your explicit consent.

Optional analytics

If you choose “Accept All,” the site records first-party analytics such as page paths and interactions with site features. Those records include a temporary session identifier and IP address; a successful briefing event may include its reference number. We use this information to understand how the site is used. Choosing “Essential Only” prevents these optional site events.

With “Accept All,” Google Analytics also measures visits on the public site using first-party cookies. The tag sends the page address without its query string or fragment. We do not send your written briefing or form fields to Google Analytics. Advertising signals and ad personalisation are disabled in our tag settings.

Your choice is saved in this browser and can be changed through Cookie settings in the footer. See the Cookie Policy for the storage involved and what happens when you withdraw consent.

Security and retention

We restrict briefing access to authorised staff and use technical safeguards to reduce unauthorised access or misuse. Enquiries are retained for service follow-up and operational records; the current system does not apply an automatic deletion period to every enquiry. You can contact us about a specific record using the reference shown after submission.

Access, corrections and deletion

To ask about information associated with your enquiry, or request access, correction or deletion, write to feedback@pressconference.co.in. Include the reference number if you have it. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request. Please do not send passwords or identity documents in an initial email.

Other sites and policy updates

Our pages link to external sites and social platforms. Their privacy practices are separate from ours. If the website or its data practices change, this page will be updated to describe the current service.
