This page separates what our team can arrange today from what the platform does not yet do. Remote participation is arranged by our team; there is no self-serve virtual press room, no streaming product and no machine translation.
What we can arrange today
For an event with a physical venue, we can arrange for remote journalists to take part: a secure joining link, a managed question queue so remote contributors are heard in the same sequence as the room, distribution of digital press materials, and a recording of the session supplied after the event.
These are arranged by our team for a specific event and are not a product you can provision yourself.
What does not exist yet
So there is no misunderstanding at the point of purchase: there is no self-service virtual press room, no managed streaming product with regional endpoints, no live captioning, no machine translation product, no self-service interpretation booking and no automated multilingual transcript. Interpretation for an event is arranged by our team as part of that event's scope; it is not a platform product you can add to an order. The verified journalist portal behind this page is planned as well.
Our Trust Center lists all of this with the same status, and we will not take an engagement on the promise of a capability that is not built.
What we are building, and what it must prove
A virtual press room is on the roadmap and we are validating it now, starting with English and Hindi including Hindi-English code switching. Before we offer it, we have to be able to show speaker-accurate transcripts, second-level timestamps so quotations are checkable, live caption latency a journalist can actually read, a stable two-hour session, a reliable recording, and an honest cost per event hour.
Until those are measured on real press conference audio, this stays a planned capability. We would rather tell you it is not ready than take the engagement on a promise.
Frequently asked questions
Can remote journalists attend our event?
Yes, where we arrange it as part of your engagement. A secure joining link, a managed question queue and post-event materials can all be arranged for a specific event by our team.
Do you offer live streaming as a product?
Not as a product today. We can involve a streaming partner for a specific event if it is part of the agreed scope, but there is no self-serve streaming platform, and we do not publish reach or viewership figures for work delivered by a partner.
Is live translation available?
No. Live captions, machine translation and interpretation are planned capabilities under validation. We are not currently able to offer them, and we will not take an engagement on the promise of them.
Will there be a transcript of the event?
Not automatically. A recording can be supplied after the event as part of the agreed scope. Automatic, speaker-attributed, timestamped transcription in delivery languages is a planned capability.
Ask for a proposal
Every service above is scoped in writing before it is booked. Tell us the announcement, the date and the city through the strategic briefing form, or call or message us on WhatsApp at +91 92052 66704. You will get an indicative range from our published pricing engine straight away, and a written proposal after a conversation. Neither is a booking, and neither promises media coverage.
Status. What this page describes is delivered by our team today. Platform capabilities that are still planned, including a self-serve virtual press room, machine translation and a verified journalist portal, are listed as such on our Trust Center.
