Materials are what journalists actually work from. A well-prepared press kit is often the difference between a briefing that produces usable coverage and one that produces nothing.
What a press kit contains
Typically a press release written for publication, a briefing note with the background a journalist needs to write accurately, a fact sheet with the verifiable numbers and their sources, approved quotations attributed to the speakers, speaker biographies and photographs, and any supporting data or visual assets.
We prepare or adapt these to the audience and the outlet types you want to reach, rather than issuing one document to everybody.
Versioning and accuracy
Every version is labelled and dated, and only the current version goes out. On the day, materials are distributed from a single controlled source so that no attendee is holding a superseded draft. If a figure changes after approval, the change is reflected in the distributed version and recorded.
Embargoed announcements
Where an announcement is embargoed, materials are held until the agreed lift time, distributed under that control, and the release recorded. Financial results, product launches, legal announcements and government statements are the usual cases.
A fully automated embargo-gated delivery portal with per-recipient watermarking is planned, not available. The controlled handling described here is done by our team.
Languages
Materials can be prepared in more than one language by our team. Machine translation with automatic captions and interpretation is a planned capability; we begin by validating English and Hindi against real briefing audio, and we will not offer it as a product until it has been measured.
Frequently asked questions
Who writes the press release?
You supply the announcement and the facts; we draft or adapt the release for publication, and you approve it before anything is distributed. We do not publish a figure or a quotation you have not confirmed.
Can materials be released under embargo?
Yes. We hold and distribute materials under embargo control and keep a record of what went out and when.
Do you offer a self-service press kit portal?
Not yet. A versioned, rights-tiered press kit portal is planned. Today, materials are prepared and distributed by our team within the agreed scope.
Do you translate materials?
We can prepare materials in additional languages with our team. AI translation and live interpretation are planned capabilities and are not currently offered as a product.
Ask for a proposal
Every service above is scoped in writing before it is booked. Tell us the announcement, the date and the city through the strategic briefing form, or call or message us on WhatsApp at +91 92052 66704. You will get an indicative range from our published pricing engine straight away, and a written proposal after a conversation. Neither is a booking, and neither promises media coverage.
Status. What this page describes is delivered by our team today. Platform capabilities that are still planned, including a self-serve virtual press room, machine translation and a verified journalist portal, are listed as such on our Trust Center.
