Most vendors in this category publish a capability list. This page publishes the same list with an honest status against each line, including the features we do not have yet. If something below is marked Planned, we are telling you it does not work today.
Why we publish this
Press conference services involve embargoed announcements, financial results and government communications. A buyer who cannot tell the difference between a working feature and a planned one can be harmed by finding out on the day. We would rather lose a comparison than win one by implication.
This page is maintained alongside the product. If a line here is wrong, that is a bug in this page, not a matter of interpretation.
Capability status
On a small screen, swipe the table sideways to read each column.
| Capability | Status | What that means today |
|---|---|---|
| Enquiry capture with reference token | Implemented | Every briefing is stored with a unique PR-OS reference. Repeat submissions of the same request return the same reference instead of creating a duplicate lead. |
| Indicative pricing engine | Implemented | A deterministic, server-side rules engine covering package, currency, city and service speed. The figure is an estimate, not a quotation, and the client cannot alter it. |
| Email acknowledgement to the customer | Implemented | The person who submits a briefing receives a confirmation with their reference, what they told us, the indicative estimate and the response window. |
| Internal enquiry notification | Implemented | Every enquiry reaches the team through a durable queue with retry and backoff, drained by a separate worker so a mail outage cannot lose a lead. |
| Plugin for ChatGPT (MCP) | Implemented | Five tools for service information, indicative cost, and enquiry preparation and submission. Nothing is stored until the customer reviews it and ticks an explicit consent box. |
| AI enquiry assistant | Implemented | A guided conversation that can summarise an event. Contact details are stripped before any text reaches the third-party model, and completed enquiries can be saved to our team. |
| Role-based admin console | Implemented | Signed sessions with role checks, and the account record is re-read on every request so deactivating a user takes effect immediately rather than at token expiry. |
| Sticky call and WhatsApp contact | Implemented | Visible on every public page, with no tracking and no dependency on cookie consent. |
| Service pages and local search schema | Implemented | Separate pages per service, with LocalBusiness and FAQ structured data describing the business as it actually is. |
| Data handling documentation | Implemented | Published privacy, terms and cookie pages covering the website, the plugin and the assistant, including what is written down and for how long. |
| Virtual press room and live streaming | Planned | No streaming infrastructure exists today. This is the next major build, beginning with an English and Hindi feasibility validation. |
| Live captions and AI translation | Planned | No speech recognition or translation is running in production. Hindi and code-switched Hindi-English quality is being measured before this is offered to anyone. |
| Multilingual site and interface | Planned | The site is English only. Language selection does not exist yet. |
| Verified journalist portal | Planned | No journalist database, verification workflow or invitation system exists. Client-facing journalist search and matching are not available. |
| Compliance Vault audit records | Planned | Enquiries are stored, but not as a tamper-evident, hash-chained record, and there is no independent integrity check. We do not describe them as immutable. |
| Client Command Center and self-serve portal | Planned | There is no client login, no digital press kit library, no RSVP view and no post-event reporting dashboard. |
| SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 | Planned | Not held. No certification has been started or audited. Treat any other claim of certification as unverified. |
| Usage metering, subscriptions and invoicing | Planned | Pricing is per project. There is no metering, no subscription billing, no invoicing and no payment processing. |
| Marketplace, partner API and white-label | Planned | The partner programme is described on this site; no marketplace, take rate, API or white-label product is built. |
How our figures are actually produced
Two figures on this site are frequently mistaken for artificial intelligence. Neither is. We state the method because a number you cannot audit is not a useful number.
Indicative pricing is produced by a deterministic rules engine. The estimate is calculated from your package, currency, city and service speed using a published table of base prices and multipliers. The same inputs always produce the same figure, and the calculation is performed on the server, so a visitor cannot alter it. It is not a quotation and does not include taxes, travel or venue hire.
The readiness score shown in platform demonstrations is a lookup table. It reads an organisation type and a scale, looks up a published base weight, adds a scale adjustment and clamps the result. No language model is involved and no coverage is forecast. Its own response says so. If you need an assessment based on your actual event, ask us and a person will do it.
Scenario simulations in the platform demonstration score free-text keywords against fixed term lists. They are illustrative and, by design, vary slightly between runs so the interface can be judged as a demonstration rather than as a measurement.
Claims we have removed or corrected
Earlier versions of this site carried figures and capabilities we could not substantiate, including country-coverage and project-count claims, retention figures, and descriptions of simultaneous interpretation into multiple languages. We could not evidence them, so they are not published here. If you saw one of those figures previously, please disregard it.
We would rather publish a smaller number of things we can stand behind.
Media outcomes
We plan briefings, coordinate invitations, prepare materials and support follow-up. Journalists and publishers decide independently whether and how to cover a story. We do not control editorial decisions, we do not promise attendance, and no past event, invitation list or projected audience figure guarantees a future outcome.
Your data
The privacy policy sets out exactly what a briefing records, who processes it, and how to request access, correction or deletion. Enquiries are not automatically deleted today; that is disclosed rather than papered over. Optional analytics and session recording run only after you accept them and can be switched off from any page.
Questions and evidence
If you need verification for a procurement or compliance process — a data processing agreement, a security questionnaire, a sub-processor list, or evidence behind a specific claim on this site — email feedback@pressconference.co.in and we will either provide it or tell you it does not exist.
Start a briefing
You can send an enquiry at any time. Use the strategic briefing form, call or message us on WhatsApp, or email feedback@pressconference.co.in. An enquiry is a starting point, not a booking, and the estimate shown is an estimate.
